CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

 

FEE

I   GLOBAL ADHESIVE TAPE SUMMIT PARTICIPATION

Summit Package

Includes:
Full working programme; welcome cocktail June 12; lunch and dinner June 13; lunch June 14; plant visit and lunch June 15; coffee breaks on all days; summit materials – please note papers will be available AFTER the summit via a cloud.

Excludes:
Costs for hotel accommodation.

Summit Fee:
If you register before 31 January 2018, you will receive a 100 discount!

  • Afera Members                                                              €795 per person
  • Members of National Affiliated Associations      €795 per person
    *Members of CATIA, TAAT, JATMA receive a 30% discount
  • Non-Members                                                                €1.095 per person

II HOTEL ROOMS
Afera has ensured the preferential rate of €179 (single occupancy) per superior room per night inclusive of breakfast, service and use of wellness area. A supplement of 25 per room per night will apply for any double occupancy and a supplement of 65 per room per night will apply for the club category.

Reserved/ booked rooms can be cancelled until 04.06.18 free of charge. The rooms will be held for late arrival. If a guest will not arrive at the hotel or cancel the booking after 04.06.18, the guest will be charged with 90% of the bed room rate.

II HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION

All information and conditions on this webpage were developed by the Sheraton Munich Arabellapark Hotel. A confirmation will be sent to you by the hotel upon registration.

 

PAYMENT

I  FOR THE TAPE SUMMIT

All participants will receive an invoice upon confirmation of their summit participation. Full refund of the fee will be granted if cancellation is received in writing before 1 May 2018. No one will be able to attend the summit programme without having settled their payment.

II FOR THE HOTEL

To be settled upon departure from the hotel.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

I  SUMMIT PARTICIPATION

  • Full refund of the participation fee will be granted if the cancellation is received in writing no later than 1 May 2018.
  • Full refund less a handling fee of €150 per registrant will be granted to requests received in writing on or before 14 May 2018.
  • No refunds will be granted for requests after 14 May 2018. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted!

II  HOTEL RESERVATION

  • Cancellation of hotel rooms will be dealt with in accordance with the terms agreed with the hotel and as mentioned on the online accommodation webpage.
