Mark Macaré, Afera Public Affairs Committee Mark Macaré (1978) holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a MSc in Innovation Sciences. He joined Lejeune Association Management in 2008.
He currently manages one of the largest REACH Consortia, EtOH-REACH, and its subgroups. He is Secretary-General of RadTech Europe, the European Association for UV and EB curing and Eurowaxpack, as well as public affairs manager and recycling project leader for FINAT. He also supports Afera in the area of regulatory affairs.
